- 16-Week Customised & Periodised Training & Nutrition Program, altered every 3-4 weeks or as required. This includes video tutorials & cues for correct exercise execution.
- Training technique or macro tracking checks (screenshots & videos) via WhatsApp to ensure safe lifting techniques, accuracy & exercise execution. Also available for those ("Help me Amy I’m struggling" messages :))
- Detailed & thorough data tracking for whole body health & results, including but not limited to: Body Composition Changes, Digestive Health, Libido, Sleep, Menstrual/Ovarian Cycle Health, Nutritional Compliance & Overall Happiness.
- Supplementation protocols to enhance recovery & health status.
Private Facebook Group & Community
- Access to the Private Facebook Community which includes education & connection with a supportive community who are also working towards their goals.
